The Citrus County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee will meet Tuesday, February 21, at 5 p.m. in room 166 in the Lecanto Government Building.

 

Commission Chairman, Winn Webb will swear in newly appointed members, Harvey Gerber, Kim Farrar, Ronald Lieberman, Nancy Smith and Barbara Wheeler to the board.

 

On the agenda will be the introduction of Occupancy Specialist, Walter Engelken and Grant Administrator for NSP, Jennifer Pollard.

 

Other items on the agenda include: SHIP, Hardest Hit, Neighborhood Stabilization Program, Shelter Plus Care, Section 8, CDBG and Homeless.

 

This committee was formed to improve the housing situation in Citrus County by studying and developing projects, coordinating with county staff and by making recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners.

 

The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee meets every third Tuesday at 5 p.m. in room 166 in the Lecanto Government Building.
